Our Process

Our hiring process is designed to help candidates showcase the best versions of themselves. We are thorough in our assessments and recognize that the process can be demanding. We appreciate you giving us your consideration and promise to give you our full attention in return.

Process Outline:

• Recruiter Interview: Video call with a member of our recruiting team (30 mins)
• Hiring Manager Interview: Video call with the hiring manager (45 mins)
• Full Interview Loop: Video interviews with 3-4 OP Labs team members (45-60 mins)
• *Case Study: Short work sample presented to the team
• *Executive Interview: Video call with CEO and Co-Founder (30 mins)

*This step of the interview process is not applicable to all roles.

Timeline: Our process typically takes 3-4 weeks from start to finish however we do our best to move at a pace that aligns with the needs of candidates.

Interview Accessibility: We understand not everyone interviews well. If there is anything we can do to help you shine during the interview process please let us know. (Some examples might include a preference for audio rather than video calls, more time than is typically scheduled for interviews, or just a heads up that you tend to get nervous!)
